These terms govern your use of www.eziidesk.com, the marketing site for EziiDesk. Staff and patients who use a hospital's EziiDesk or EziiCloud workspace (for example cph.eziidesk.com) are covered by that hospital's own terms, a separate agreement.

This site is operated by Virceton Technologies, the company behind EziiDesk. It provides product information, hospital partnership details, and a contact form for prospective customers. It does NOT provide medical advice and is NOT a clinical workspace.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are a patient looking for clinical care, please contact your hospital directly or visit your hospital's clinical workspace.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully. You will not:
- Submit false information through the demo form.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside an authorised disclosure context.
- Use automated systems to bombard the form (rate limits apply).
- Reproduce the content of this site for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, design and code, the EziiSuite, EziiDesk, EziiCloud and EziiCare names, and the Virceton Technologies name and logos, belongs to Virceton Technologies. You may link to this site freely. You may quote short excerpts (under 100 words) with attribution.
5. Demo requests
Submitting the /contact form is a sales enquiry, not a binding contract. Any commercial relationship between Virceton Technologies and a hospital is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed by both parties.
6. Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties about completeness, correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features described here may change, and we update the site as the product evolves. Features marked as switched on per hospital or planned may not be available to every hospital.
This site and EziiDesk are an Alpha release: a preliminary version made available for evaluation. Product descriptions, features and availability are provisional and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a particular feature, date or level of service; such commitments are made only in a signed agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virceton Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this marketing site. Our total liability for any direct damages arising from this site is limited to ₹1,000 INR or the equivalent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The new effective date appears at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
