This policy covers www.eziidesk.com only. If you arrived here from a hospital's EziiDesk workspace (for example cph.eziidesk.com), that hospital controls the health records it holds, and its own privacy policy and the law that applies to it govern them.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Virceton Technologies ("Virceton Technologies", "we", "us"), the company behind EziiDesk. We are incorporated in India and are responsible for the information you submit on this marketing site.
2. What we collect
This site collects only what we need to answer your enquiry:
- Contact form details: your name, work email, optional phone number, optional hospital name, and the message you write on the
/contactform. - Technical details: your IP address, browser type and the time you sent the form. We use these to stop abuse, for example to limit how often one address can submit the form.
- Server logs: standard web server logs (page address, status code, response time), used to keep the site running.
We do not collect health data, patient records or payment details on this site. Those are handled in each hospital's own EziiDesk and EziiCloud workspaces, under that hospital's control.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your demo request or enquiry.
- To detect and block automated abuse such as spam and scraping.
- To diagnose errors and keep the site available.
We never sell your information, share it with advertising or marketing networks, track you across other sites, or use it for advertising. This site runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
4. Where it's stored and who sees it
Your enquiry is saved on the server that runs this site and emailed to our sales team at [email protected]. Only Virceton Technologies staff read it. This site is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and our email is sent through Amazon Web Services' email service (AWS SES). Both process your enquiry on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months for follow-up and then delete them.
5. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the GDPR where it applies to you, you can:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Have it corrected.
- Have it deleted.
- Withdraw your consent to further contact.

6. Cookies
This site sets only the cookies needed to run it securely: two session cookies and a security token that protects the contact form against forgery. They last two hours. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
7. Children
This is a business site for hospitals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we show the new effective date at the top and tell anyone we are in active contact with.
